If your accident was in a motor vehicle we can usually get you back on the road very quickly. Wherever possible this will be in a similar vehicle to your own and we will act to ensure the costs of hiring another vehicle do not become your responsibility. Your needs here will be dictated by medical advice. We will act for you to get you the best care in the most appropriate timescale to help speed your recovery and get you back to work and earning as soon as it is wise to do so. We will arrange for ongoing medical assessments and organise the most appropriate care. We will liaise with your employers to safeguard your position and in many cases can obtain interim payments from the paying party to keep your finances in order.
Compensation
Compensation is not all about getting a cheque for hundreds or thousands of pounds. Compensation is about trying to put you back in the position you were before the injury occurred.
